Thousands of terrain models from the U.S. Geological Survey are contained on each CD-ROM for the areas shown above. In addition, we also have CDs covering Alaska and Hawaii. These 12 CD-ROMs have a horizontal sample resolution of 30 meters.Each CD has 100% coverage of its area. Also available are 2 lower resolution 90 meter terrain CDs (US East and US West). You can order these CD-ROMs individually, or order them all on a 2 DVD-ROM set, which contains the same data as all 14 CD-ROMs at a substantail savings! The terrain models
on these CDs/DVDs are ready to use immediately. No decompression is necessary.
Just select the terrain models on a map using Natural Scene Designer's
visual terrain loading screen. You can even select and combine multiple
adjacent terrain models with one mouse stroke!
