Where is Natural Graphics?

We have been in Roseville, California since 2012. Previously we were in Rocklin, California where we first started in 1989. We are in the Pacific Time zone (GMT-8).

What are the major differences between Natural Scene Designer Premium and Pro?

Natural Scene Designer Pro has all the features of the Premium version, plus many advanced capabilities for creating map backgrounds, reprojecting, and georeferencing images and terrain models. Click here for a feature comparison table.

Can I immediately download the software after I order it?

No. The program requires physical shipment of a CD-ROM because it checks for its presence the first time you run it. However, you can download a PDF file containing the software manual and learn how to use it while you await the arrival of your disc.

We usually ship orders on the same or next business day. We use the Postal Service's Priority Mail.

My computer lacks a CD/DVD drive. How can I use Natural Scene Designer?

Portable CD/DVD drives which connect to your computer via USB are widely available and inexpensive. Prices generally range from $12 to $30 USD on amazon.com. Many computer and office supply stores also carry them.

Do you have a demo / evaluation version?

No. But please contact us if you have any questions about the software, or download the software manual for in-depth coverage of the program's features.

How do I get Terrain Texture Shader for Windows or Mac?

We no longer offer Terrain Texture Shader by itself. Its capabilities are now included in Natural Scene Designer Premium and Pro beginning with version 7.0.

What are the system requirements for Natural Scene Designer?

For Mac, it requires a 64-bit system running MacOS 10.10 through and including 14.2 (Sonoma), a CD/DVD-ROM drive, a monitor with a resolution of 1024x768 or higher, and at least 1 GB of RAM.

Natural Scene Designer for Windows includes both 32 and 64-bit versions. You need Windows XP, Vista, 7,8, 10 or 11, a CD/DVD-ROM drive, a monitor with a resolution of 1024x768 or higher, and at least 1 GB of RAM.
